Crafted with character and complexity, Red River Whisky is the tenth release in our signature series—a bold, high-rye bourbon that balances tradition with a touch of the unexpected. Aged 4.6 years in New American Oak, this small-batch spirit features a distinctive mash bill of 53% corn, 23% rye, 12% wheat, and 12% malt, and an ABV of 45%, offering a rich and nuanced profile. On the nose, expect ripe cherry, prunes, warm fennel, a medley of spice cabinet aromas, and just a whisper of bubblegum. The palate opens with juicy cherry, moves into classic rye spice, and finishes with subtle notes of bubblegum and roasted malt. As single malt lovers know, Barley brings big flavour, and this blend of unmalted and malted barley is no exception. What’s the difference between malted and unmalted barley? Malt is created by soaking, germinating, and then kiln drying the grain. This transforms the starch in the kernel into sugar, and releases enzymes that help in the brewing process. Unmalted barley brings an earthy component, with fruit and honey on the palate, as well as a thicker, creamy mouthfeel. Malted barley is lighter in body, with a nuttier flavour and a crisp, bright finish. This whisky is composed of 63% Unmalted Barley, 15% Malted Barley, and 22% Wheat. The two types of barley play beautifully together, with the wheat providing a subtle sweetness. The result is a great all-around option to sip neat or use in your favourite cocktail.

Manitoba's ONLY Rum. Awarded 2024 SIP International Double Gold Our rum is crafted using a unique combination of Crosby’s fancy grade and blackstrap molasses. We distill and ferment the molasses to preserve the character and flavor – a very slow process, worth the wait for a flavorful rum. We age the rum in casks that were used once to age a double-oak bourbon. Our rum has been aged for just over 2 years. Double distilled in our custom copper still in traditional Jamaican-style, this release is a full-flavoured, yet smooth rum. Notes of cola and burnt sugar, in addition to a hint of oak. Serve in your favorite cocktail or enjoy neat or on ice to savor the flavours.

The cloudy appearance is caused by a process known as the Ouzo Effect, where tiny drops of lemon essential oils become suspended in the water and alcohol solution. The cloudier the liquid, the more oil is dissolved in it.
